Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in USD. If you are located in a country where VAT or other indirect taxes apply, the applicable tax will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your location. EU customers will be charged VAT at the rate applicable in their country of residence, in accordance with EU digital services tax rules. No additional charges will be applied after checkout confirmation.

We offer 'buy now pay later' options upon checkout depending on the country of payment, including: Affirm, Afterpay, Clearpay and Klarna. We also accept payment through PayPal. We do not offer payment plans that are beyond the scope of Thinkific Payments agreements.

Products and Services

We offer digital products including online courses, guides, and downloadable materials. Access is provided through our learning platform (Thinkific) upon successful payment. Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, either by direct access through your account or via email instructions. The duration of access to each product is as described on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. No physical products are shipped.

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Before you enroll: EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Enrolling in your course waives this right. All sales are final once access is granted.

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of the date of purchase (the "withdrawal period"), in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable national law.

Waiver for digital content: If you request immediate access to course materials and expressly acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted, your right of withdrawal is waived upon commencement of delivery. By completing your purchase and accessing your course, you confirm that you have made this request and accept the waiver.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal before your first login to the course platform, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period by emailing grace@theeleganceguide.com with the subject line "Withdrawal Notice," including your full name, order number, and the product purchased. We will confirm receipt and process any applicable refund within 14 days.

You may use the following model withdrawal statement: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the purchase of [product name], ordered on [date], Order No. [number]. Name: [your name]. Date: [date]."

Once course access has been activated, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products after access has been granted.

By purchasing a product or service of The Elegance Guide, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.

Disputes and Consumer Redress

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding a purchase, please contact us in the first instance at grace@theeleganceguide.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter amicably within a reasonable timeframe.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, EU and EEA consumers may refer the matter to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Swedish consumers may also contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN) at www.arn.se.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to accounts where fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes are raised without basis. A chargeback raised after course access has been granted, in circumstances where the right of withdrawal has been validly waived, may be treated as a breach of these Terms. We will always seek to resolve disputes in good faith before taking any such steps.

Rights to User Account

It is your exclusive obligation to maintain and control passwords to your account. You are exclusively responsible for all activities that occur in connection with your username and password. You agree to immediately notify The Elegance Guide of any unauthorized uses of your username and password or any other breaches of security. The Elegance Guide will not be liable for any loss or damages of any kind, under any legal theory, caused by your failure to comply with the foregoing security obligations or caused by any person to whom you grant access to your account.

Access to your individual user account is not intended to be shared with any other person or parties, and is solely available to the purchaser or recipient of service if gifted. By purchasing a course or course package from The Elegance Guide, you are agreeing to not share login credentials. The sharing of login credentials or sharing of downloaded course materials will be deemed stealing and treated as such. The Elegance Guide reserves the right to revoke access to any user who has been suspected of this breach of service.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. If you are a consumer located in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections afforded by the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract. In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to the Swedish general courts, or to the courts of your country of residence if required by applicable law.
